MANTARO BIRDS
GREAT BIRD LOCATIONS WITH VARIABLE CLIMATE BUT GOOD WAETHER OVERALL. THIS IS SO FAR THE BEST CENTRAL BIRDING TOUR WITH REALLY GOOD BIRDS. THIS EXCEPTIONAL BIRD TOUR REQUIRES LONG DRIVING DISTANCES SINCE PERU HOLDS A BIG TERRITORY, BUT ONCE YOU REACH THE BIRD PLACES THEN BIRDING IS JUST INCREDIBLE.
MUCH OF THE BIRDING TOUR IS DONE BY CAR SINCE ROADS ARE GETTING BETTER THESE DAYS SO I WOULD CONSIDER THIS BIRD TOUR MODARATE PHISYCAL WALKS. LODGING AND FOOD CAN BE BASIC IN SOME AREAS SINCE THE BIRD ROUTE IN GENERAL CAN BE FAR FROM MANY CENTER AREAS.
