DAY 1

We pick you up from Puerto Maldonado airport to then take you for 01 hour car to Tambopata River, where a motor boat will be waiting for us to then navigate the river for 15 minutes to finally arrive to our Lodge for the following days. Once at the lodge we go out for a nice introductory walk, where we have the chance to learn about jungle and at the same time to look for animals. This walk activity will take you not less than 02 hours, so this is a good chance for learning and animal spotting. Before Dinner we go out again, but this time will be by boat in order to search for Caimans( aligators sub-species). The idea is to take the boat and enjoy the cool Tambopata river at night with big spot lights looking for any animal that move at night including Capibaras and a beautiful starry night. DAY 2

Early start to vistit the famous Macaw’s Clay Lic that includes a boat drive for one hour up river and on the way there are great chances for river animals that includes the chance for the biggest southamerican cat, Jaguar. Once we arrive to the the Macaws spot we wait at the place for this natural and amazing Macaws activity. Hundreds of Macaws & Parrots species flying aroung giving you a great colorful natural show. After or while waiting for this activity we will have breakfast at this point facing nature and macaws aroung. Once the activity is done we then take the boat back at a lower pace in order to keep looking for river bank animals and to be on time for luch at the lodge. After a nice resting time we then take KAYAKS along with a motor boat to go with the Kayak group. This water activity is to enjoy the river at a different way since the water flow is not strong, then Kayaking would be enjoyable and safe. Here is also a nice swimming opportunity at amazon waters and get over your fears about swimming in jungle waters. Another cool activity before dinner is to go out into the forest with flash light or torches in order to look for night animal activities such as Tree Frogs, Tree Snakes, Tarantulas or night monkeys. Very cool jungle walk experience you should not miss. Dinner at the lodge.

DAY 3

After nice breakfast at the lodge, We start moving to the river in order to take the boat and go for Piranha fishing experience. This activity requires a 40 minutes by boat and then 20 minutes walk to finally arrive to a very unique lagoon with huge chances of catching your first Piranha. Atfer this lovely time fishing we also have the chance of eating into the jungle surrounded just by nature. At the end of this cool day we come back the same way for our dinner. Another extra activity before dinner woulb be the visit to a 47 meters tower in the middle of the jungle with a great jungle view. Cool spot to have a great view of Macaws flying around, Toucans, Monkeys and the view is of the beautiful sunset. Right after this we have another night walk back to the lodge.

DAY 4

Before your departure we still have an extra nature walk that will depend on your flight back to Lima or Cusco. Anayways we will manage to give you a morning activity before you leave the lodge. This morning activity involve a nice pace walk through the forest visiting a small lagoon where we have different vegetation and good chances for animal spotting. This is also a perfect time to learn about handling the famous Machete. The way back will be adjusted to your flight back and consists in taking the boat and the 01 hour car back to the airport.   NOTE:  We recommend to take the afternoon flights or the last ones¡¡
