We pick you up from the airport to then take you to your jungle experience that is at only 25 minutes boat from the main town. The first experience is given by boat since you will be moving by the biggest river in the región with very good view of nature along and locals doing the natural activities suc as fishing, logging and farming. After this short boat trip then we start walking through Tambopata national reserve, the walk we have at this point is just amazing because we have the chance of walking at different forest types that will give give us great chances for monkeys and other animals. After this soft pace 01 hour walk we then take a paddle boat to finally arrive to our home for the following days. The extra paddle boat to arrive to the lodge is also very different is just great because of the view. Once on the paddle boat you are already into the famous Sandoval Lake with good chances for water birds and animals. Late in the afternoon after being settled, we take the boat back at the lake Sandoval and move slowly around the lake searching for water birds and animals like turtles, caimans and monkeys. Plus to have a great view of the sunset since the view from the boat is just amazing. Dinner at the lodge.

DAY 2

Early canoe ride at the lake in order to have better chances for the famous and shy Giant River Otters. There is a nice family of river otters that tend to me early in the morning fishing for the day. So leaving early to the lake will increase our chance of meeting this animals that currently in danger of extintion. Right after this morning canoe ride we head back to the lodge for our breakfast. After having breakfast we have another activity and this time is walking through Tambopata National Reserve where we can learn about this interesting national reserve and the type of vegetation is found around plus looking for Bush animals. After having great lunch and deserved siesta, we go out again by canoe around the lake in order to search for monkeys, the special water turkey called Hoatzin and all the different water and animal species that inhabit this wonderful water spot. Then using our flash light or torches we slowly move back to the lodge looking for caimans at night trying to get the best close up to them. After or before dinner we go out again and this time is walking into the jungle with our lamps or torches to look for night time animals such as Tarantulas, Tree Frogs, Snakes or Night Monkeys, this a very cool rainforest walk given at night that you should not miss.

DAY 3

Another early visit to the lake in order to catch some missing wildlife so before your departure you still have this extra canoe ride to increase your animal list. Then lovely breakfast to start moving back to town for your flight.
